Massage near the Old City
Temples, walking streets and a moat. Then somewhere quiet to put your legs back together.
A day inside the Old City is a lot of walking: Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh, the Sunday Walking Street, and the shade along the moat. It is the kind of day that ends with tight calves and a stiff neck.
Ai Oon Massage Lanna is a short ride north-west of the moat, in Chang Phueak. Same city, much quieter street: a Lanna-style house in front of Huen Jao Ban Hotel, with free parking inside the hotel and a herbal steam room at the back.
Getting here
- By Grab or Bolt: search for "Ai Oon Massage Lanna", or paste the plus code RX86+RG Chiang Mai.
- By car or scooter: from the moat, head north-west to Chang Phueak and look for Huen Jao Ban Hotel on Soi Sukhaphiban 12. The shop is right in front of it.
