Privacy Policy
How Ai Oon Massage Lanna looks after your personal information.
Who we are
Ai Oon Massage Lanna is a massage shop at 149/22 Soi Sukhaphiban 12, Chang Phueak, Mueang Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand. Contact us by phone on 095 184 7743, on WhatsApp or on LINE.
What we collect
- Bookings and messages. When you book or message us (by WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, phone or social media) we see what you send: usually your name, your contact details, the treatment and time you want, and anything you choose to tell us, such as a health note.
- This website. There are no accounts, no cookies and no advertising tools. We count visits with Umami, an analytics tool that runs on our own server: it records the page, the site you came from, your country and city, and your browser, device and language, with no cookie and no profile of you, and shares nothing with anyone. These counts are kept for as long as the shop uses the tool. Our booking page turns what you fill in into a message, in your own browser, for you to send on WhatsApp or LINE; nothing reaches us unless you send it. Your browser remembers the language you picked, on your own device only. Fonts come from Google Fonts and the map on our location page is a Google Maps embed, so Google receives your IP address when those load. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security, deleted after 14 days.
Our social media accounts and posting tool
We publish our own posts to our own Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram accounts using a scheduling tool that runs on our own server and is not open to the public. When we connect one of our accounts, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok gives the tool permission to post to that account and to read basic information and statistics about our own account and posts. We use this only to publish and review our own posts. The connection details are stored on our server, are not shared with anyone, and are never used to collect information about other people.
If you follow, comment on or message our accounts, that platform's own privacy policy also applies.
How we use your information
Only to answer you, arrange and look after your booking, and improve our service. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking messages stay in the chat app you used until we or you delete them. We delete them sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Contact us as shown below.
How to delete your data
- Send us a message on WhatsApp or LINE, or call 095 184 7743, and say you want your data deleted. Tell us the name or number you booked with.
- We delete your booking details and messages within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
If you connected nothing to us, there is nothing else to remove: our posting tool only ever connects our own accounts. To remove our app's access from one of our accounts, use Facebook Settings → Apps and websites or TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
