The simple rules for booking with us and using our website.
About these terms
These terms cover bookings with Ai Oon Massage Lanna, 149/22 Soi Sukhaphiban 12, Chang Phueak, Mueang Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand, and the use of this website and our social media accounts. By booking with us or using the site you agree to them.
Bookings
- Book on our booking page, by WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram or by phone on 095 184 7743. A booking is confirmed when we reply to confirm it.
- Please arrive on time. If you are late we may need to shorten your treatment so the next guest is not kept waiting.
- If you cannot come, please tell us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
Prices
Prices are in Thai baht, as shown on our website and in the shop. They can change; the price we confirm when you book is the price you pay. Hotel and home visits include a travel fee, shown on our hotel massage page.
Your health
Please tell your therapist about any injury, illness, pregnancy or other condition before your treatment, and tell them at once if anything feels uncomfortable. Massage is for relaxation and well-being and is not medical treatment. If you are unsure whether massage is right for you, ask your doctor first.
Respect for our staff
We may refuse or end a service, without charge for the unused time, if a guest's behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful to our staff.
Our website and social media
The text, photos and videos on this website and our social media accounts belong to Ai Oon Massage Lanna. Please ask before copying them. We post to our own Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram accounts with a scheduling tool that runs on our own server; it is for our shop only and is not offered to the public. How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy.
Our responsibility
We take care to give every guest a safe, professional treatment. As far as Thai law allows, we are not responsible for problems caused by health information that was not shared with us, or for personal belongings left unattended.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If we change them we will update this page and the date above.
